Request a quotation from WorldCast Network on-line, by phone, or by fax. We present you with a quotation based on your specifications, usually within 5-10 business days. Then, if you order, we supervise production and deliver the goods to you. You don't pay until after delivery.

How Can You Obtain a Quotation from WorldCast Network?

Send us a Request for Quotation (RFQ). You can -

• create an RFQ through our user-friendly web-based ordering process
• speak with us by phone 201-767-2040, or
• contact us by fax 201-767-5766

Web-based RFQ: Through our web site, our input screens make it easy for you to enter specifications and to send drawings and pictures electronically. You choose a user name and password once and use them for all your orders.

Phone or Fax: Even if you submit an RFQ by phone or fax, you can still review your RFQ and trace the progress of your order through our web site, using your user name and password.

Quotation from WorldCast Network: From our global network of coordinators, we select those who can submit quotations for your RFQ. These coordinators contact the producer factories suitable for your product and return quotations to us. We select the best quotation based on the combination of price, quality and reliability. You then receive a single quotation from WorldCast.

Production

When you accept the quotation from WorldCast, production begins. You sign a contract with WorldCast Network and we take complete responsibility for delivery of the finished product to your company. The selected WorldCast coordinator will be on site to supervise production and perform quality tests. He will send weekly reports that you can receive by email or fax and review on the web.

When the products are ready for shipment, our coordinator will perform final quality control checks according to standard quality control procedures. The coordinator works for WorldCast, not the factory, thus assuring his objectivity.

Delivery and Payment

WorldCast takes care of delivery. You are not required to make payment until the goods are delivered to you.
